Murray Doell
Art Haugen
Each year the Saskatchewan Association of Conservation Officers give two $1000 scholarships to deserving individuals in memory of two dedicated and passionate Conservation Officers: Murray Doell and Art Haugen. These two Officers were taken from us too soon and in the line of duty. Their work made a difference and their legacy lives on in every young person who wishes to serve and protect Saskatchewan’s natural resources with the same fortitude and devotion.
Criteria
Only one application is required to apply for both the Murray Doell Memorial Scholarship and the Art Haugen Memorial Scholarship. You must meet the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in a two, three, or four year Renewable Resource or Integrated Resource Management program in North America.

- You must provide an official transcript of the classes you have completed.
